LEGAL INFORMATION

A summary of our legal obligations and your rights is provided below.

Privacy Policy

www.mersolution.com is operated by Mersolution Teknoloji Ltd. Şti., the data controller. Address: Kötekli Mahallesi, Denizli Yolu Bulvarı, Teknopark Sitesi B, No: 4B/4, Muğla - Menteşe, Türkiye. This page explains how personal data is processed on this site under KVKK (Law No. 6698) and, where it applies, GDPR.

Why Do We Process Your Personal Data?

We process data to run the site, keep it secure, answer the contact form, and measure how pages are used. We do not collect more than we need for those purposes.

Personal Information We Collect

Visits create server logs: IP address, time, requested URL, referrer and browser details. A first-party session cookie is used for CSRF protection on the contact form.

Contact form submissions include first name, last name, telephone, email, message and KVKK consent, so we can reply to your request.

Google Analytics (measurement ID G-DDBZGZHNPB) measures page views and approximate region. Analytics loads only after you accept measurement cookies.

The site loads Google Fonts, Font Awesome and jsDelivr (Bootstrap, Bootstrap Icons, SweetAlert2). The contact page may also load a Google Maps embed and a phone-input script from jsDelivr. Those providers may receive your IP address and browser details.

Your Rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, and use the other rights the law grants. If you are in the EU / EEA, your GDPR rights also apply. Write to hello@mersolution.com. If you are not satisfied, you may apply to Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).

Information Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No system is completely secure.

Legal Disclosure

We may disclose information when required by a court order or similar legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Links to Other Websites

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites we link to. Separate surfaces such as CarbonX3 Green Chain and CX3Script have their own notices.

Privacy and Security

Do not misuse the site: no unauthorised access attempts, no disruption, and no automated scraping that degrades the service. You remain responsible for the security of your own devices and accounts.

Cookie Policy

A first-party PHP session cookie is used, in particular for CSRF protection on the contact form. When you accept measurement cookies, a cookieConsent flag is stored in local storage. That flag is not a cookie and is not sent to our servers.

Google Analytics may set its own cookies and loads only after consent. We do not use advertising-network cookies.

Google Fonts, Font Awesome, jsDelivr and (on the contact page) Google Maps are third-party resources; the provider may set its own cookies. You can restrict third-party cookies in your browser; fonts, maps or form fields may then be affected.
